Dave Herrick, Microquest’s resident QA Manager, has been around for so long that some of the younger employees are convinced he came with the office equipment.
Starting as a Technical Support agent 19 years ago, he has worked his way up the ranks and is now the head honcho of the QA team. Dave switched over to QA when he realized that it was much more fun breaking things than fixing them.
Outside of work, Dave is a devoted family man and loves spending time with his wife and kids. He’s also an avid gamer from Valheim and Civ VI to old-school classics like Super Mario Bros. When he’s not busy playing games, Dave can be found playing trumpet in local clubs or practicing his cooking skills in the kitchen.
And while he doesn’t play trumpet in the office or at work functions, he’s always happy to discuss his latest survival video game strategies with anyone who’s interested (or even those who aren’t). Dave is a valued member of the Microquest team, bringing not only his expertise in QA but also his inquisitive nature and sense of humor to the workplace.
